A GOOD TREE STAND Sometimes a bowhunter finds an area in the woods where everything kind of falls into place. The wind is always blowing in your favor, deer trails crisscross in all directions from the selected tree and the tree's branches and trunk allow for great camouflage concealment.
This particular spot close to Omonia square in Athens, Greece was a 'stand' I chose to take and to hunt for some for some photographs. I think I was able to score on some good deer and fill my freezer with good venison.
